About Us

Our Journeyman plumber and owner Fred Alert, is a State Licensed Plumbing Contractor out of the Cleveland Local 55 Plumber's Union with commercial, residential, and service work experience. Fred has worked on projects all over Northeast Ohio including such job sites as The Museum of Contemporary Art, the new Max Hayes Vocational School, Marymount Hospital, Lakewest Hospital, the Columbus Rd. Bridge Renovation in Ohio City, the Southerly Wastewater Treatment Plant, and the CSU School of Engineering to name a few.

He served as the Plumbing Foreman at Lakeland Community College, the new Fox Sports Ohio Studios at 200 Public Square, the American Greetings Tech West Building in Westlake Ohio,  at the Louis Stokes VA Medical Center, at the UPS Store, Euro Wafel Bar, and Huntington Bank remodel project at One Triangle Place in Cleveland Ohio.

Nearly 9 years ago, Fred chose to set out on his own. Now our team has built up years of experience serving our many residential customers.
